This is our story of Hawai’i, honoring its rich traditions while showcasing the farmers, specialty ingredients, flavors and experiences only found in Hawai’i.

Our Tasting Menu is a unique multi-course experience that was recently named Best Chef's Table in the Bay Area by San Francisco Magazine.

Our Plantation Menu is an homage to the different nationalities that were brought to Hawai'i to work the Plantations in the early 20th century.  This forever changed the landscape of Hawaiian culture and cuisine. 

Our tasting menu is generally offered only at our limited seating chefs counter at 7pm on Thursdays and 6 and 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, bookings available in multiples of 2 only, up to 6 people.

The menu is priced at $90 per pax, plus 8.5% in SF taxes, 5% SF surcharge, a 20% gratuity and a 3% Resy booking fee, totaling $122.85 per seat all inclusive, pre-paid in full at the time of booking.  At the end of your dinner, you will only receive a bill if you order any additional items. A $35 beverage pairing may be added.

We will begin serving the courses promptly, please plan your arrival time accordingly to ensure the highest quality experience for yourself and out of consideration to other guests. 

To book, please select the option for CHEF'S COUNTER on Resy. Reservations open up 30 days in advance. Bookings are non-refundable but fully transferable.
