Front of House Positions: Servers, Bartender, Host, Food-runner/Busser
Looking for genuine and friendly front of house staff that are passionate about food and hospitality. We want a team that works well together to help each other realize a wonderful dining experience for our guests. Knowledge of food and wine; and willingness to understand ingredients, and where they come from, is very important to our concept. Servers should be hospitable, organized, a sense of humor, and a willingness to learn and grow. This will be a fast paced environment so keeping calm under pressure and multi-tasking is key.

Back of House Positions: Line Cooks
We are looking for cooks who are looking to grow and expand their knowledge base. We are willing to train the right candidates that have good work ethic and attitude. They will have exciting opportunities to work with whole animal butchery, fresh seasonal and local ingredients, and cooking everything from scratch. We desire a strong emphasis in food quality and presentation. Cooks will have a great attitude, be a team player, and the ability to communicate with coworkers & customers. Great knife skills, cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail are a must! Also responsible for setting up, organizing, cleaning & sanitizing stations and the kitchen.

For the dishwasher position, we are looking for someone dependable, punctual, communicative, energetic and hardworking. This person will be responsible for keeping all service and cookware clean, maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces, keep work area organized, have good time management skills and a good understanding of health department and safety standards.
